Hi everyone,
This week’s theme is “Getting in shape by watching what you eat”. It’s basically about why people should be looking at what they eat and how much is really enough for them. Diet may be good, but it doesn’t always work. You need a balance of what you eat (can’t eat too much or too little) and to supplement it with exercise at the same time. Do you watch what you eat or do you just eat whatever you want without thinking too much?
