Theme for October 29 - Parenting

I bet you a low fat latte you didn’t see this one coming. But I really want to know a few things: answer to any of these will suffice as a good intro…
1. Would you be a strict parent? E.g. would you restrict your child’s behaviour by imposing curfews, prohibiting make-up for girls (ooups, that was old thinking, let me correct myself: no make-up for girls or boys who want to wear make up - not that there’s anything wrong with it 
) before a certain age is reached? Do you want to be your child’s best friend?
2. How compatible are careers and children?
3. Do you feel that having two parents is essential for a happy childhood? Why or why not?
