Dear Night Visioners:
Like you, I quickly learned that service leadership is one of the pillars of Toastmasters. While learning to be a better speaker and a more attentive listener, we also have the opportunity to be role models, to motivate peers and help them achieve their goals.
With that in mind, I would like to take the opportunity as this week’s Toastmaster to focus on leadership. Specifically, I will be giving a workshop on the Competent Leader manual: what it is all about and how we can benefit from the assigned projects.
To this end, please dust off your CL manuals and be sure to bring them to the meeting!
