As a strong believer of a healthy mind in a healthy body, I like to balance mental exercises with physical activities in order to stay sane. Going for a run for instance, helps me to empty my head, re-energize and regain focus.

Different people have different ways of dealing with stress. What do you do to cope with everyday challenges?
