Theme for January 8 - What will you do when you grow up?

Hello everyone,
as your chairperson, I proudly announce our theme for the next meeting:
“What will you do when you grow up?”
As a kid, did you dream about doing the job you are doing right now? What was it? If yes, would you go back in time and congratulate your kid self, or say “what were you thinking”? If not, will you ever go for that dream job? Do you agree with research that suggests that people who do what they love doing are far more successful than those who follow the smell of a freshly minted $100 bill?

Since we are running a little late, please sing up ASAP. If not enough people sign up by Tuesday, meeting will be cancelled by email.
I wil speed up the sign up process with a few suggestions:
Peter, would you mind taking the role of the TT master?
Ying, would you mind evaluating Garrett’s speech?
Robert, would you mind being the TT evaluator?
Carmen, does the role of hark(master) appeal to you?
Any of the new members, there’s no time to break the ice like winter.
Marian, would you mind being the wordmaster?
